Delivery of Goods

Delivery is available throughout Lithuania. When placing an order, you can choose the most convenient delivery method. Orders are usually prepared and delivered within 2–5 business days.

Delivery Methods

Pickup from the collection point at Kalniečių g. 12, Kaunas, Mon–Fri 10:00–18:30. Pickup from the collection point is free of charge.

Delivery to a parcel locker. We deliver to Venipak and LP Express parcel lockers throughout Lithuania. Delivery price – €2.

Delivery to home / office. Venipak courier service. Delivery price – €5.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. In this case, the return delivery costs are covered by the buyer, except in cases where the item is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, in their original condition, with a complete set, original packaging, labels, protective films and all accessories, if such were included.

The right of return does not apply in the following cases:

  1. service contracts, if the service has been fully provided with the buyer’s consent;
  2. goods made according to the buyer’s special instructions or clearly customised to the buyer’s individual needs;
  3. perishable goods or goods with a short expiry date;
  4. sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons;
  5. goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items;
  6. digital content goods or services, if their provision has started with the buyer’s consent;
  7. legal entities, when goods are purchased for business or professional purposes;
  8. other cases provided for by applicable legislation.

If you decide to return the goods, you must submit a clear notice by email or another contact method, stating your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

The refund for returned goods will be made no later than within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of return and the goods are returned to the seller. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.

A €2 administration fee applies when returning goods of proper quality.
